Coopers' Park Dog Park
About
Coopers’ Park is a premier, purpose-built off-leash destination located directly along the False Creek waterfront. Recently renewed in 2024, this park was designed with “urban play” in mind, featuring professional-grade amenities that make it feel more like a private dog club than a standard city park.
The layout is split into intentional zones: a high-energy area for fetch and socialization, and a dedicated “Low-Intensity” zone for smaller or shy dogs. With its high-quality fencing and modern “SuperDogs” inspired climbing features, it is the perfect spot for downtown pet parents who want a safe, clean, and engaging environment for their dogs to burn off energy.
💡 Barkcouver Tip
Don’t let a rainy Vancouver forecast ruin your playdate! Because Coopers’ Park is located directly under the Cambie Street Bridge, a large portion of the off-leash area stays relatively dry even during a downpour. It is the city’s unofficial “Rainy Day Headquarters” for dogs.
